Everything you need for a family holiday - a stunning barn conversion and the pool and games room are a bonus. It doesn't need improving - beautiful accommodation in beautiful surroundings, we fell in love with the barn and the local area.

A great location near to some of Norfolks lovely beaches. Great for families, swimming and there is a games room for them to enjoy.

The whole family felt 'at home' here, even the dog! The kitchen was very well equipped and the furnishings comfortable. If only Hoseasons could provide the sunshine!

The holiday at East Barn was a beautiful break, just what me and my partner needed. The gorgeous swimming pool facilities and the decor of the cottage really made it a home from home. There is lots to do in and around the area so definitely worth a visit. We will be coming back, thumbs up from me!!

I would definitely recommend this holiday, especially to families with children as you can go out for the day, but when you are back at the barn on an evening, you've got the lovely indoor heated pool, the fab games room, and the grassed area for ball games etc. I would also like to add that the kitchen was particularly well equipped, I have never come across one so well kitted out at a holiday cottage.

Perfect for families with young children as there is space to run around, a swimming pool on hand which is shallow, and lots of place to visit with easy reach. I have recommended it to a friend who has booked.
